Yoga For Your Eyes

We often think of when hear the word yoga is an exercise to align the mind, body and breathing. This exercise technique has been developed to overcome tiredness and effective way to reduce stress levels. Not only that, for yoga lovers who diligently perform this exercise, other benefits can be obtained is the mind that is always calm.
The eyes are the windows to the soul. If your eyes are tired, then the radiant freshness of the soul from your body will not be visible. To overcome the fatigue of the eyes, other than by way of compresses with cold water, we can do yoga. Before we practice yoga, the eye, we first identify the cause of eye fatigue.


If you often experience tension in the eye, this can be caused by many things. The use of computers for long hours or read a book too long under insufficient lighting will make your eyes tired. To fix this, you can try yoga eye on the sidelines of computer usage activity or read a book.

How Easy Yoga Eyes:

1. Sit in a chair with a lean, keep your body in an upright position. Blink the eyes with a quick movement as much as 50 times. Try you are not staring at computer screens that are lit at the time to do it.

2. Repeat the above exercise every hour. Practice your movements till can increase the amount of flicker. Best results if you can reach 100 blink fast.

3. After finishing flashing, close your eyes. Breathe in deeply then exhale. Do it until your eyes feel comfortable and relaxed
